Agriculture Teachers Association Scholarship
The Agriculture Teachers Association offers the Agriculture Teachers Association Scholarship to members’ children upon their graduation from high school. Scholarships are awarded to all eligible applicants as long as Agriculture Teachers Association membership requirements are met and the applicant meets all scholarship requirements listed.
Eligibility:
The applicant must be a graduating senior and the son/stepson, daughter/stepdaughter in good standing with the Agriculture Teachers Association and meeting the following requirements.
Requirements:
Active Members: must have been a member for the past four consecutive years.
Associate members: before becoming an associate member they were an active member for three consecutive years and have maintained associate membership every year since.
Honorary Life members: a member for 25 years+ prior to retiring.
Please follow the link below to complete the application. Once completed an email confirmation will be sent to the email address included in the application. After all the applications are submitted and a check of eligibility is done notification of the award along with the scholarship agreement form will be emailed to the student. The agreement form will also be placed on the Agriculture Teachers Association website under Members>Scholarship.

National Corn Growers Scholarship
Included with the TCPA student membership is a complimentary membership with National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) — making students eligible for even more benefits and national scholarship opportunities. Opportunities made available by NCGA are available to:
- Technical School/Community College Scholarship Program
- Five scholarships available
- $1,000 per scholarship
- For students pursuing a degree at a technical school or community college
- NCGA William C. Berg Academic Excellence Scholarship Program
- Five scholarships available
- $1,500 per scholarship
- For undergraduate students pursuing degrees in any field, provided by BASF Corporation and NCGA
- Graduate Student Scholarship Program
- One scholarship available
- $2,500 scholarship
- For a graduate student whose area of study will benefit the corn sector

All scholarship applications open on October 1, 2021, and close on January 31, 2022. You must be a student or grower member of TCPA to qualify for all scholarship opportunities. To apply click here.

Texas Corn Growers Scholarship
TCPA is proud to sponsor four scholarships for its student members. Each year TCPA awards two $1,000 scholarships in each of the following categories:
High school senior as of January 1, 2022
Current college or university undergraduate student as of January 1, 2022
Eligibility Requirements:
Must attend/plan to attend a Texas college or university full time
Current TCPA and TCPB directors’ children are not eligible
Applications open Oct. 1, 2021, and close January 31, 2022.

Texas Young Farmers Scholarship
The State Young Farmers executive board provides several scholarship opportunities for members of the Texas FFA Association. Thanks to the generosity of auction buyers at the State Young Farmers’ convention, the board offers three (5) $1000 and one (1) $2000 scholarships. The one $2000 scholarship is available to a student applying through the State FFA Scholarship application process. The other five $1000 scholarships are available to FFA members who attend a high school that also has a state-affiliated Young Farmer chapter. Download the scholarship application here.
