Seeking 3rd Agriculture Science Teacher, will start January 4th

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university

Valid Texas teaching certificate in agricultural science

Teaching assignment includes but not limited to agriculture Mechanics, equine and wildlife during the spring semester. are subject to change per year.

Develop and work with present teacher(s) to supervise a comprehensive agricultural program that includes a variety of agricultural course offerings.

Expected to facilitate leadership development activities, supervise agricultural experience projects, career development activities, develop community relations and manage facilities/budget.

Teaching assignment includes any agriculture course

Contract length 210 days

Is willing to work extended hours and weekends and travel with students.

Serve as local FFA advisor to promote successful participation and leadership within the chapter.

Ag Truck, Trailer, and School District Barn a mile from the school.
